Luxe Digital will celebrate its first anniversary in January 2019. And what a year this has been!
When starting Luxe Digital, our ambition was to provide industry leaders with reliable and jargon-free reports and analysis to help support their digital transformation. We wanted to inspire you with thought-provoking ideas. Showcase what’s possible with new technologies. And empower people and brands to achieve sustainable growth by understanding what tomorrow’s consumers will expect from a luxury brand.
Our ideas for Luxe Digital were ambitious but we envisioned a slow start with marginal incremental growth over the first few years of the new magazine.
It turns out we were wrong!
What a ride 2018 has been. In only twelve months, Luxe Digital has significantly exceeded our expectations. Organic traffic to the site has grown 1,375% in just a year. The time that each of you spends reading our stories has grown by over 320% and we maintain a healthy mix of new and returning visitors every month.
We’ve in fact grown so much and so quickly that we had to upgrade our servers to accommodate the traffic volumes. Twice!
No stranger to podiums
Luxe Digital’s rapid growth didn’t go unnoticed. The site’s clean design and modern user experience won multiple industry awards throughout the year. Most notably, Luxe Digital received press and media accolades from many of our peers in the industry. Our business section has also become part of the educational program for several Universities and Colleges. Some of the reports listed below have indeed become prerequisite readings to MBAs curriculum.
Both our founders were honoured this year. Publishing Director Simon Beauloye has been recognised as one of the Top 100 Smartest Digital Marketing Leaders in the world by the World Digital Marketing Congress. While our Editor in Chief Florine Eppe was named as one of The 20 Most Successful Shepreneurs to Watch by Insights Success Magazine.
To bring you exclusive access, Luxe Digital also partnered with world-class industry and luxury lifestyle events that share the same vision for innovation and enthusiasm for the future. From EmTech Asia to Luxury Interactive in New York, from the upcoming Baselworld show to The Singapore Yacht Show Singapore and the Monaco Top Marques’s car show, our readers received limited VIP tickets and exclusive access to some of the most sought-after events in the world of luxury.
Thank you
We see this growth as a strong indication that you want more content and ideas to inspire your digital transformation. It shows the appetite of the luxury industry for in-depth information and insights into the future of luxury.
